Chrissy Teachout's "The Heart of One Woman" Exhibit
Dare County Arts Council is pleased to present a special exhibit of photography for the month of March, featuring artist Chrissy Teachout. Her exhibit, "The heART of One Woman" will be on display March 6th - March 31st. Gallery hours in March are 10am-5pm, Tuesday through Friday, and noon-4pm on Saturday. The gallery is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Join us for an opening reception on March 6th from 6-8pm, featuring hors d'oeuvres, drinks, music, and a chance to meet this talented artist.
A native of the North Carolina mountains, Ms. Teachout is a writer and photographer now living and working on the Outer Banks. She credits her mountain life with "nurturing her imaginative mind from childhood." About her work, she says "I live by one simple mantra: Life is Art. We are all artists."
