History Teas: Pirate Tea, Tour and Talk
Event Description:
Piracy was real in North Carolina waters and one of the most famed scallywags, Blackbeard, hid out on Ocracoke Island. It was this month that he actually lost his life in battle. View artifacts from Blackbeard’s Queen Anne’s Revenge in a personal Museum tour, enjoy period food, feel free to attend dressed in 1700s garb and experience a presentation on piracy at our historic tea. Call 252-986-2995 to reserve a space. The event is free with a donation to the Museum.
