Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

I think this is the last of the cool day's so enjoy it, the rest of the week will warm up. The water temp is back up to 63 + due to some conflicting reports this morning but this should bring some life to the surf fishing today. The fishing sounded a little slow yesterday we still are seeing mullet, croakers, some Spanish and pesky skate and did here of some small striper. There was also a lot of menhaden along the shores so something is chasing them around and there was a 7 foot sand tiger to report as well. The piers this morning having a good start with trout, Spanish, mullet, bluefish and burrfish. Inshore boats had bluefish, and speckled trout. Nearshore trips brought home mahi and cobia so a great day for the nearshore folks. Offshore enjoyed a good day with mahi, tilefish and the yellowfin turned on with white marlin. All in all the fishing is very good!!
I am getting a lot of phone calls on carters and trips are just about full so if your even thinking of going on a charter book now or you may find yourself plain out of luck. We will keep you up to date and will see you here.
