Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Oh it already feels hot. We should have a fantastic weekend the waves today around 1 foot and the water temp dipped to 57 up here. We have been enjoying a good mullet bite and the rest has been a little spotty. Some trout, bluefish and flounder and a Spanish here and there. The piers are a little slow this morning with mullet and blues. Nearshore boats are getting all the bluefish and Spanish you want with a few cobia. In the sound side striper, trout, blues, drum, cobia. Offshore fleet getting all the mahi you can get. The tuna fishing is tough right now with a few yellow and blackfin hitting the dock. There are sailfish out there and the blue marlin bite isn't bad.
We still have a few spots open for charter boats so don't miss out. Also please send in your pictures of your catch to obxbaitandtackle.com
