Another glorious day today and the fishing isn't to bad. Sorry I was out yesterday but we will keep you all caught up. First of all a big congratulations to Will Motsinger on his catch of  pompano just north of Duck with his father Wes from Winston Salem, NC. This father and son team have been doing pretty good on the beach this week. Thanks for the photos Wes they are much appreciated. We are seeing a ton of bait in the water and there are Spanish and bluefish abound with a good amount of spot and mullet, trout. The bite seems to be late afternoon to dusk. A bunch of reports are coming in and they can see the fish but can't get them to bite my guess is there full of bait. But there are fish everywhere. The piers have mullet, blues and Spanish. Nearshore boats are finding blues, Spanish some ribbon fish and king mackerel. Offshore is doing well with blue marlin, mahi, big eye and yellowfin, wahoo, king mackerel.
