You have to be kidding, sunshine and 80 degrees!! We are about to start the Memorial week and say good by to last week. We just had a rainy and windy week last week and this week is looking much better. The wave are up somewhat but manageable with a water temp at 60 today. I still have very little info to dish out just due to the bad weather so hopefully this week turns around. I know we have bluefish and mullet running around. Even going way down to the point there is little to report. The little bridge is catching nice size trout this morning and spot, skate and mullet off the piers. he nearshore boats haven't been out but the cobia fishing was good prior to the storm along with Spanish, blue's and some drum and the trout are thick on the inside. The offshore boats will be back and running this week and the tuna fishing was very good along with mahi, some big eye and wahoo. We should start to see some reports this week and I will keep you updated daily.

Charters are available and if you have any pictures of your surf fishing day or any questions you can call the shop at 252-453-3339 or e- mail us at obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we will post you in the daily fish report!! Thanks and be safe!!
