OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fish Report

Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Real nice start to the day this morning. We will see much of the same today. The waves at 2 feet with the water at 75 this morning. We will have mullet, croaker, spot and we should see some puppies wandering around with maybe an elusive bluefish. The spanish and blues just have not come in for us this year. We have one guy out there in his kyack were the blues are running but he said it's just about impossible to get one to bite, and that has been the story all season. The piers have mullet, flounder, puppies, and blues. The nearshore fleet getting there fair share of ribbons, albacore, and some drum with more drum and trout to the bayside. Offshore action is just that on the marlin and sails all the boats had there flags up in the air and the mahi, tilefish, and wahoo picked back up to.

We have charters that are available and the shrimping trips to give us a call at 252-453-3339
also, send your pictures to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com  and we thank you.
