Good morning everyone and we have a good report today. The wind is calm up here but we are still working with a fairly strong current. The good news many folks coming in to bait up and the fishing this morning was excellent. A bunch of slot size drum hitting the beach and some under to be expected along with trout and schooling bluefish are hitting the fresh mullet. There are also mullets, spots, and black drum out there too. Tanks to Matthew up on the 4x4 beach for his reports and he has a couple of nice ones hanging and congratulations to Bobby on the sound side for his drum catch in Monterey Shores so nice catch for him as well. So the fishing is looking good in Corolla. The piers reporting some good action also with keeper drum, black drum, bluefish, and trout. The nearshore boats did well with sapnish, bluefish, striper, and trout while some of you managed to get out for some offshore fishing and came back with limits of yellowfin, blackfin and wahoo, Woop Woop !!
