Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

What a difference a day makes !!  Congratulations to Cole from West Virginia on a real nice drum in Corolla and I would say the largest this week so great Job Cole. We have seen the drum bite pick up and we have more reports of some more hitting the beach this morning and I have to say about time. Some very nice quality fish all on shrimp and fish bites. The water temp 70 to 71 this morning with mostly clear water. We should see mullet and with any luck some blues and trout, flounder.
The piers doing well this morning with black drum, sheepshead, Spanish, blues, spadefish, triggerfish, flounder, and a stripper go figure.
The charter seen is a busy one this month and if you have reserved a boat you did well. If you didn't you're more than likely out of luck. The nearshore boats have trout on the inside and Spanish and blues on the outside with maybe some triggerfish. The offshore guys are pulling up some nice yellowfin, big eye, mahi, white and blue marlin, and some sailfish, and if that's not enough the bottom fishing is fantastic too with some nice tilefish.

Want a charter book now and don't wait call 252-453-3339 and don;t forget about our shrimp and crab trips they are some great fun for the whole family.
