Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Happy Sunday to you. Finally, some warmer water moved in overnight which should help improve the fishing. Honorable mentions go out to young Parker from Cornwall NY with his catch of a nice mullet and we can't leave out Connor, Daniel, and Owen from Milton GA doing their part as well. These top-notch fishermen are in Whales head beach and they said when the tide changed over the water warmed up and they were catching fish on every cast and they brought in mullet, spot a stingray, and flounder. They are fishing with shrimp, sand fleas. Great job to all you guys keep up the good work.
That's what you will see in the surf this time of year and there are some trout moving around as well and there's always the unknown. Shark fishing is still strong and quite popular just make sure you have the right equipment to do it and a helpful hint the hooks can be very hard to pull out of these fish and if you bend the barb down it makes for a much easier release!!
The nearshore fleet is doing really good with false albacore, ribbonfish, Spanish, trout, and some big drum if you can find them some boats had an airplane sporting these fish the other day and put the fisherman right on them, they are out there but hard to find. The Offshore fleet is out enjoying some nice seas and great fishing with blackfin, yellowfin, mahi with a wahoo here and there, and some really good action on the marlin and sails. Bottom fishing just to top off the fish box with some real tasty tilefish is in order as well.

What sort of music should you listen to while fishing.

Charters are available this week we have inshore, nearshore, and all-day spots are open so this is a real good chance to get out and do some fantastic fishing. Call the shop and reserve your boat today!!
