Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Well, we had some heavy downpours this morning but they shall pass. There is going to be a stiff wind from the south today with 3 to 4-foot waves so it's going to be on the rough side of things today. I think I missed a report yesterday and I had one report of a drum in the morning and the rest that I am hearing is mullet, croaker, and spot and they are on the small side. Tomorrow the wind will shift to the north so hopefully, we see the drum come out to play but it will be windy but that's what they like. The water temp still at 77 so not too bad there. Not much to report as far as charters go the weather put a damper on that but they will resume tomorrow for some inshore fishing I don't think anyone is getting out of the inlet tomorrow either. There is some news off of Jennette's pier and they had another good drum bite last night but other than that's about all the news I have for this morning.

We do have openings next week for charters and we are also offering a twilight trip for some trophy size drum and our shrimp trips are also available with good catches of big shrimp this time of year, give us a call for details.

Send your questions and photos to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com  And we thank you and see you soon!
