OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fish Report
Monday, October 18, 2021
Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Cooler temps this morning but should turn out to be a nice day. There is a good mix of fish to be had out there from drum, puppy drum, trout, mullet, black drum, croaker, pompano, and possibly a bluefish. Bloodworms, shrimp, fish bites, and cut mullet all seem to be working for bait. One to two-foot waves with a 72-degree water temp should make for some nice conditions. Good mix of fish from the piers including big drum. The nearshore boats have puppy drum, trout, striper while offshore has seen its good and bad days weather-wise there are tuna, mahi, and marlin to be had.

Charters are available just call the shop for details.
