I don't have to tell you its cold and windy this morning. Arron sent in a picture of his drum catch and judging by the fish in the sink it was dinner. The wind will continue tomorrow but it will be blowing offshore so it should be fishable and the rest of the week is looking pretty good. There were some huge trout caught off of Avalon pier yesterday and these fish were monsters. Good fishing from Nags Head to corolla so go get yourself some spring is in the air!! Nearshore boats are seeing the drum move into the bay along with trout and I don't think anyone is offshore fishing today.
