Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Ahhhhhhhhhhh Friday !! The good news is that the wind had subsided and the water in the sound is returning. It was nice to see some sunshine this morning as this storm finally passes. Now I would not say that the fishing is going to immediately come back it will probably take a couple of days for things to settle down and for the water to clean up. The waves have settled down but the water temp took a hit hopefully it rebounds quickly we are at 57 this morning so I will be watching it carefully. For those of you coming in this next week, we should have some good conditions we may get some rain here and there but other than that we are looking good. I do expect some folks to be hitting the beach and finally getting to wet a line at least once while they are here but I would not expect too much but it's always worth a try, especially for those who have been basically trapped inside all week. We also will be getting some warmer air temps which also will be nice. It will take a few days before we actually see any kind of fish reports at all as we just need to get back at it and see what is happening both off the beach and the boaters. We will keep you up to speed as we go and we thank you.
