Teaser Tuesday!! We have a good bite going on and drum is what's happening. we have Mary from Virginia with Jim and company having a good time on the beach getting drum and bluefish. We also have Mike fishing on the 4x4 beach scoring his drum and we are hearing in-store reports of more drum and decent numbers. A report from yesterday of a monster drum caught 5 miles south of the shop on the sound side from shore. Congratulations to everyone on the catch and thanks for the great response on sending in pictures of your catch!! we really do appreciate it. Shrimp seems to be the ticket right now as far as the bait goes. Folks are saying they have had multiple drum hookups and they all seem to be good size fish. There are small bluefish hitting along with mullet and croaker. Nearshore boats are loading up on ribbonfish right now. The offshore boats are killing the yellowfin tuna and this bite just continues to be very strong. In the mix, they are finding big eyes and some gaffer mahi and billfish.

We do have all-day boats available call for details.

Send your photos and questions to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and it's just that easy and we thank you!
