Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Well as the storm passes it will remain windy today but Tuesday and Wednesday are looking real nice. The wind is around 17 out of the west with a water temp of 50 today!! Still waiting to here something off the beach up here, It sound like the same old story but un till I get some sort of feedback off the beach I'm going with it is still slow in Corolla. The big activity is at the point with big drum and sharks and bluefish. The jetty are producing with puppy drum, bluefish and sheepshead. The little bridge has had trout and small stripper going off. The piers have had a mixed bag with shad, trout some blues, skate, puffer and mullet. So we are seeing the fishing begin to pick up but it is still early. Nearshore boats found some false albacore and bluefish. Offshore is going well with a mix of yellowfin, blackfin, mahi, wahoo and king mackerel. There was a 28" stripper pulled in at Avon.
