OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fishing Report

Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers

75 degrees ??  I know finally some warm water and this will kick off some better fishing. Had a local in last night and said he saw a large school of Pompano ? will see. Fishing seemed to improve somewhat last night but it's anyone's guess what we will catch. The water conditions are perfect right now and it is a beautiful day out so get out and enjoy it and let us know what you catch. There will be kingfish, mullet and spot will continue to bite hopefully bigger one and possible puppy drum. Not much to say about the piers but look for an improvement. Nearshore had king mackerel, spanish, moonfish and a lot of bluefish. Inshore had trout, bluefish and flounder. Not many boats out yesterday but the ones who did go out had yellowfin, blackfin.
