Well, let's round off the week. The weather has been great and the fishing has been good this week. We had reports this morning of striper and flounder with the largest striper around 10 lbs. We had some more puppy drum hit with bluefish. All and all not bad. The biggest problem this week has been the strong current making it tough to keep your gear out. Again some anglers doing very well and others just not so good. Bloodworms, shrimp, and mullet have been the bait of choice. We had another trip go out up in Carova yesterday with Captain Brian on the sound side and he didn't disappoint them. The picture above says it all and that's just one of many they caught. Great job guys. If you are interested in one of these charters let us know but you will need a 4x4 to get there. The pier action was on yesterday with all the piers doing well. They had a mix of a few cobia, mullet, bluefish, triggerfish. Nearshore has been very good fishing with cobia coming over the rail and a good amount of spanish, bluefish, bonita and some albacore. All of our charters did very well on the 1 /2 day boats this week. Offshore is back on target yesterday with nice catches of yellowfin, mahi and big eye. Waves are around 2 feet today with the water hovering about 70 degrees.

Thinking of some charter fishing give us a call we have openings this week for both nearshore, tower trips on the 3/4 day trips and all day offshore for tuna and mahi. We also have some good fishing trips on the inside for these big catfish
