Join us at Carolina Designs’ Grande Paradise on Friday evening for an exquisite 7-course sit down plated dinner by Chef Dawn Williams of Dawn’s Kitchen Catering. The Grande Paradise is a magnificent 16 bedroom oceanfront home in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, on the oceanfront at milepost 9.5. Boasting full views of the Atlantic Ocean, it is fully setup to accommodate dinner for 40 and is managed by our gracious hosts, Carolina Designs Realty. Seating will be family style and unassigned, so this is a great way to interact with other guests and make new friends while enjoying a fabulous meal in this grand oceanfront Outer Banks beach home. Chef Dawn Williams is a seasoned Outer Banks caterer. Dawn caters many weddings and family reunions each year, and her guests consistently boast about her food, friendliness and hospitality.
Chef Dawn has prepared a delicious seven (7) course Tarheel inspired menu for this special one night event that will feature NC farms and fisheries. You will be greeted with a wine reception and each course will be paired with special NC wines. There will also be acoustic live music to accompany your meal. Pork Belly on winter greens with honey pepper drizzle
Sweetbreads fried, served on creamy grits with porcine mushrooms
Fish al Cartoccio (in parchment) fresh local filet, vegetables, butter & lemon wrapped & roasted in parchment
Butternut Squash Ravioli hand made and served in a brandy cream sauce
Frozen Lemon Souffle frozen creamy rich lemon custard
