The Art of the Recipe: A Salty Food Art Exhibit
The Art of the Recipe: A Salty Food Art Exhibition is an invitational art show featuring local artwork inspired by a curated collection of printed local recipes that were created by cooks and chefs of the Outer Banks. Artists will offer their interpretation of a specific recipe in pottery, glass, textiles, photographs, paintings, metal, wood, new media and more! More than thirty highly accredited artists will be exhibited alongside the recipes.
Presented with the Outer Banks History Center and Dare County Arts Council.
This is a FREE event! No tickets are necessary! Just show up!
Join us for the SALTY reception on Friday, March 22 from 4pm to 7pm. The reception is free and open to public and will feature delicious food, drinks and music. Local chefs will be on site to share TASTY samples.
