Event Description: 

Come dine with the Brewer, the Vintner and the Farmer on a six course dinner built around locally raised and grown ingredients paired with local beer and wine!  Beef, from Cartwright farms in Perquimans County, NC that has been raised on spent grain from our brewery by farmer Russel Cartwright, will be featured alongside the reserve beers of brewer Bart Kramlik and the special wines of Sanctuary Vineyards owner John Wright.  Please arrive on time at 7:00pm to enjoy the event in its entirety.  After your meal, feel free to stick around for live music at 9pm and then our DJ starting around 10:30pm. This special event is limited to just 30 attendees. Please order early.  Ticket price includes all taxes but does NOT include gratuity. Please bring some pocket cash for tipping your server.

1st Course

Local greens, pickled beets, goat cheese and sunflower seeds with Sanctuary Vineyards red wine vinaigrette

2nd Course

A charcuterie plate with Kill Devil Rum soaked lonza and local cheese with house made bread

3rd Course

An oyster soup with fennel bulb and potato

4th Course

Fried soft shell wrapped in leeks with a saffron yogurt and garnished with chilies.

5th Course

Local beef filet with sautéed swiss chard, garlic scapes, mashed sweet potato and a stout Kill Devil Rum molasses sauce

6th Course

Oatmeal stout cake with malt ice cream
