Children and Youth Partnership, Early Care and Education Leadership
Event Description:

Join with your peers in the leadership of Dare County’s Early Care & Education Programs in a facilitated Professional Learning Community (PLC).  This gathering of minds, geared especially toward your requests for increased knowledge and continued support in going through the Star-Rated License Assessment process, will be empowering.

Over the course of 8 monthly meetings from September to April, participants will have the opportunity to learn from peer experts, mentors and studying the scales themselves.

Feel confident when your assessment is due or reach your program’s general improvement goals by using the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS), Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS), and/or the School-Age Environment Rating Scale (SACERS) as a tool for growth in your program and professional development for your teachers all year long.

Coffee, water and light breakfast snacks provided.
Please call (252) 441-0614 to sign up!
This program is open to providers in Dare County.
