Leadership & Administration for Success in Early Childhood Programs: Introduction to Leadership - Building Your Leadership Skills - Part 1
Participants of Module 1 will define what leadership is and identify leadership strengths and needs for specific situations. Will build knowledge and skills in a way that leverages strengths and helps improve on self-identified areas of need. This is the first of 3 learning modules divided into six, 2.5 hour sessions. It is being offered as part of the Dare County Center Directors' Forum. Modules 2 and 3 will be included in the 2017/2018 training calendar. Directors from other counties are welcome.

Date/Time: Part 1 - Tuesday, May 16th and Part 2 - Wednesday, May 17th.
Credit Hours: 5.0 DCDEE credit hours. Must attend both sessions to earn a .5 CEU
