Module 2 - Leadership & Administration for Success in Early Childhood Programs: Program Assessment and Evaluation-Creating the Roadmap for Improvement
Module 2 provides child care center administrators with the opportunity to learn more about options and processes for assessing their child care programs. Participants in this .5 Continuing Education Unit (CEU), Leadership and Administration for Success in Early Childhood Programs: Program Assessment and Evaluation-Creating the Roadmap for Improvement will develop administration and leadership knowledge and skills within a culturally sensitive and ethical framework.
Must Attend both sessions - Wednesday, November 29th and Thursday, November 30th. Participants of Module 2 will:
1) Identifying strategies for program assessment and using these to analyze the strengths and challenges of their program.
2) Creating steps and processes to lead strategic planning and program change with staff, families, and stakeholders.
This is the second of 3, 5 hour learning modules. Module 3 will be February 21st & 22nd.
