Event Description: 

Effective lesson planning begins with observing children. Planned activities should reflect the child's interests, temperament, culture, and developmental level. The training will review why observing children is important, strategies for recording observations into your daily routine and how to use observations and the North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning to guide lesson planning.
