Epiphany Oyster & Wine Dinner - Taste of the Beach
An annual tradition – chef, sommelier, and oyster expert Daniel Lewis will dazzle the senses with seven ways to enjoy oysters, starting with a guided oyster tasting on the half shell and a crash course in all things related, followed by six more courses of prepared oysters both raw and cooked. These creative preparations push the boundaries of what can be made from perhaps the most sustainable protein source on earth. All courses are served with a wine selected in collaboration with Mike Lane from Epiphany Brands (the guy who brings the REALLY good stuff!), specifically to enhance the dish and broaden the guests’ horizons on the creative science behind food and wine pairings.
