Event Description:
John Hairr will focus his lecture on early reports of shark attacks that were documented from the coast of North Carolina. Hairr is the Museum Curator/Education Branch Head for the North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort. He is the author of several books dealing with the natural history of the Carolinas, including Big Sharks of the Carolina Coast.
