A Night at the Pub: A Celtic Celebration - Taste of the Beach

Lost Colony Brewery and Cafe, A Night At The Pub: A Celtic Celebration - Taste of the Beach
Event Description:

Join us at the Lost Colony Brewery & Café for A Night at the Pub.  Food, drink and song inspired by the Celtic/Anglo heritage of the Outer Banks.

Way back in 1587 a small English colony was established on Roanoke Island. It became known as The Lost Colony when every man, woman and child mysteriously disappeared into the wilderness. Today, The Lost Colony Brewery and Café sets out to honor the local food and traditions started when that seed was planted so long ago.

Be prepared for an evening of food, drink and song that will rock your Celtic soul!

The Food

A three course meal of pub- inspired fare will be served.

Course 1: Hatteras Style Clam Chowder

Course 2: Low Country Shrimp and Grits or locally caught Fish and Chips

Course 3: Bread Pudding infused with Kill Devil Rum made right here on the Island

The Drink

Each course will be paired with our English style ales produced by The Lost Colony Brewery on Roanoke Island.

The Song

The O’Brothers (the premiere Irish band of the OBX) will be on hand to regale you with song, stories and tales of times past. Be warned, the boys can get a bit rowdy, so the faint of heart should avoid this event.

Local beer, local fare, local talent. A little bit of history and a whole lot of fun.

So, grab your friends and settle in. This will be a night to remember.
