They are our head Chef Alex's right-hand men cooking side by side with Alex for years at different restaurants and now at Mahi's Island grill since the grand opening in May 2021.
Along with Alex, both have worked together with our GM Alfredo Landazuri for over a decade.
Alvarito (Alfredo's cousin) brings young talent and energy any business is happy to have, always with a smile and always side by side with Head Chef Alex
Rudy, a solid, talented chef in all aspects, is more than just an employee for the Landazuris and the Rodriguez. Rudy is familia!
We want to take the moment to said thank you to this kitchen warriors and for over a decade of dedication not just to Mahi Mahi's Island Grill but to the "familia ".
