Event Description:
Join us as Full Circle, a local Outer Banks acoustic duo, plays live at Mulligan's! Debo Cox and Betsy Robinson met in 2006, when he was one of the judges for the very first "Outer Banks Idol" contest. Betsy won the grand prize in the adult category, and now they're playing music together - they have come "Full Circle!"
