Tastefully Fit Cooking Classes
Start the new year off right at NC Coast! Chef Wes Stepp will partnering with area fitness professionals to bring you a Tastefully Fit Cooking Series in our new, wide-open, state-of-the-art kitchen. The cooking classes will feature a new preparation method each week.
Week 1: Year-Round Healthy Grilling Techniques (1/7)
Week 2: Healthy Sautee Techniques (1/14)
Week 3: Preparing Vegetables, Marinades & Vegan Cuisine (1/21)
Week 4: Healthy Meats & Stews (1/28)
Each course will include:
- Tastefully fit recipes
- Preparing for success & training tips
- Featured guest fitness professionals to answer questions on the training method of their choice
- Sampling of all of the prepared recipes
- Complimentary glass of wine
