Offshore has had some amazing fishing! Not only has there been an awesome bluefin bite, but about 15 miles south of where they were catching the bluefin a boat caught a box full of yellowfin! There has also been bigeye caught out of Oregon inlet. Further down south in hatteras they have been catching blackfin using jigs at the rock pile.
As the surf we haven’t had any reports.
They are still catching stripers and trout in the sound.
Further inland has also had some great inland fishing with bass and perch being caught!
