Big swell still today which made it difficult in town to fish on the beach but their was great blow toad and sea mullet action in Hatteras. With the wind switching to southwest tomorrow hopefully the next several days will be good fishing. I am picking up some fresh mullet in the morning and should be in the coolers by about 9am. The little bridge reported some trout again today and I heard of a couple puppies and one striper. No reports from kitty Hawk bay today but I am sure their are some trout still there. Currituck bridge and pirates cove bridge both had plenty of stripers today. Freshwater guys again today are catching big bass off of the beds and still catching crappie. Congratulations to 8 year old Cay Snead with her big gobbler.
