Offshore fishing today was as good as it gets. Limits of yellowfins for every boat and some boats had their limit before 10:00 am. Also trout fishing was really good today with trout being caught all over the sound. I talked to a couple people that were beach fishing and they caught blow toads and sea mullet around salvo. Sounded like the best was Buxton to hatteras inlet. I did hear of a few blow toads in Nagshead today. Freshwater crappie fishing remains really good. We weighed one today 2.3 pounds and 16 inches. We are going to stay open as long as the state lets us. 7am-6pm
