Offshore fishing was about the same yesterday with lots of TUNAS but the sharks got most of them. A couple guys ran down the beach and had great MAHI fishing with limits. Again today most boats also had TILEFISH limits and some BLUE MARLIN caught.
Inshore fleet had few SPANISH MACKEREL, BLUEFISH, few COBIA , and some great SHEEPSHEAD fishing.
Sound boats had BIG DRUM, PUPPY DRUM, TROUT, and SHEEPSHEAD.
Surf and pier fishermen caught BLUEFISH, SPANISH MACKEREL, POMPANO, FLOUNDER, and PUPPY DRUM.
Congratulations Landon on your citation 3.6 pound pompano, Kelly Hogan with another nice sheepshead today weighing 7.8 pound, Anna Elkins on Cutawhiskie Charters and her trout, and last but not least another nice 7 pound sheepshead caught by one of the owners of our favorite breakfast restaurant The Dunes Restaurant
