Most offshore boats canceled today because of the weather. Hopefully tomorrow some boats will be able to make it out.
Today I heard of some SPANISH MACKEREL being caught around the inlet and lots of SHEEPSHEAD around the OI bridge.
Sound PUPPY DRUM fishing was really good with lots of upper slot fish. Some BIG DRUM being caught in the evenings around the inlet in boats.
It was rough for the piers and surf today but still PUPPY DRUM, SPOT, and SEA MULLET caught.
Thanks Lee McFarland for sending us the nice slot drum 27in picture. We weighed in two citation sheepshead one weighing 8.74 caught by Glen Grandstaff and a 10.17 caught by Cory in the picture below.
