Tuesday was a great day for lots of folks, with lots of catches of keeper DRUM and TROUT all over. Yesterday was very slow, the morning bite was good for trout in some spots, especially the little bridge, and a few BIG DRUM, BLUEFISH, POMPANO, PUPPY DRUM, SEA MULLET, and TROUT from the piers. The wind had picked up through the night keeping most boats at the docks. Today will most likely be about the same. The tried and true Anglers will be out fishing on the beaches south today for the 63rd Annual Cape Hatteras Anglers Club Surf Fishing Tournament.
