Anchors up & Awaaay We Go!!!
Look what Julia and all her mess churned up!!! After lay days on Tuesday and Wednesday, off-shore, near-shore, and in-shore boats sailed out today and enjoyed a really nice day of fishing! Anglers off-shore pulled in good numbers of yellow-fin tuna, mahi mahi, black-fin tuna, and good numbers of billfish releases.
Near-Shore anglers had very good bluefish and spanish macs on both morning and afternoon trips.
In-Shore anglers had awesome fishing, both morning and afternoon trips, pulling in good numbers of speckled trout, bluefish, a few amberjack, and a cobia.
Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat had a capacity crowd this morning and enjoyed catches of flounder, sea mullet, grey trout, pigfish, pinfish, sea bass, and spot.
