Island Holiday Craft Show
Stop by Manteo First Assembly's Youth House for the Island Holiday Craft Show! There'll be jewelry, baked goods, artwork, repurposed items, crocheted gifts, snowmen, wooden toys, shell decor, and more! Pick up some holiday decorations just in time for Christmas. In the spirit of Veterans Day Weekend, there will the Outer Banks VFW will host a special Veterans' Table raffle where the proceeds benefit the organization's Memorial Scholarship Fund. The drawing will be held on Saturday evening, and the winner will score a variety of handmade items and gifts. Come browse, shop and enjoy lunch with the local VFW.
This show offers a large variety of beautiful handmade crafts and a very special perk too! We will be offering a special Veteran's Table raffle with the proceeds benefiting our local Outer Banks V.F.W. Post 10950 Memorial Scholarship Fund in honor of Billy Brown, Vietnam Veteran. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20 and ONE WINNER TAKES ALL! A variety of unique handmade/painted items that celebrate our veterans will be awarded to one winner of the single draw at the end of the two-day show at 5 p.m. on November 9th!
If you are a veteran and reside in or own (improved or unimproved) property in Dare County, bring your military DD-214 that shows HONORABLE discharge and a picture ID (Driver's License preferably) and receive your free Dare County Veteran Discount Card that will save you a lot of money for goods and services at over 100 businesses on the Outer Banks!
