Love Like Ledsome Memorial Ride & Benefit Show
The Love Like Ledsome Memorial Ride & Concert has come to life to honor beloved Josh Ledsome, a young man taken from this world far too early in a tragic motorcycle accident. He was out enjoying a ride on his Harley-Davidson Softail when a car failed to yield and pulled out in front of him costing him his life. He leaves behind his adored mother, Kathy and daughter, Juleigh as well as countless family members and friends who love and miss him tremendously every day. The mark he left on the live music and motorcycle communities will never be forgotten.
Love Like Ledsome Memorial Ride & Concert hopes to bring honor to Josh by relieving some of the financial burden brought to his family after his passing, while bringing awareness to #looktwicesavealife and learning to live more like Josh Ledsome. Any extra funds raised will go to a college fund for Juleigh. We will ride Josh’s normal route in his honor, beginning by meeting at his home on Wade St. in Norfolk, VA at 8:30 a.m. (kick stands up at 9 a.m.!) and ending in Manteo, NC on the Outer Banks (2.5 hour ride) where the concert will be held at Roanoke Island Festival Park. We will post the exact ride route closer to the event and have checkpoints for others to join in along the way.
