Event Description:
Take an epicurean trip “Around the World in 5 Courses.” We have created a menu of small plates with wine pairings from 5 different countries.
Crossing the globe, we will start in Japan with chilled sake and a tartar of yellowfin tuna. Diners will later experience flavors & wines from the U.S., France and Italy before concluding the adventure in Spain with cheese, candied Marcona almonds, Valencia orange jam and an aged sherry.
