Outer Banks Coastal Angler Series - Registration Open
TW’s Bait and Tackle presents the first ever Outer Banks Coastal Angler Series! Registration begins August 11th, 2022. Within the Series, we’ll host individual species tournaments with payouts occurring for each species, as well as Grand Prize payouts for the ‘Top Three Anglers’ at the end of the Series! Anglers will be permitted to fish Sea-to-Sound as well as from surf, pier, boat or wading. Registration location will take place at the TW's shop in Nags Head. Get out there!
Tournament Overview
Registration Location: 2230 S Croatan Hwy, Nags Head, NC
Season: September 11, 2022 - June 15, 2023
Payout Species: Speckled Trout, Red Drum, Cobia, Sheepshead, Spanish, Sea Mullet, Pompano, Spot & Bluefin
Bonus Point Species: Blow Toad, Dogfish and Ribbonfish
Scoring: All fish will be scored by weight using one of our certified weigh stations. The drum category will be scored by length
Series Format: Each payout species will award the top three fish. The top five fish of each species category will be awarded points. The top three point leaders at the end of the season win the coastal series grand prizes!
