The atmosphere is very comfortably laid-back at this Hatteras Island restaurant, which might make you a bit surprised that their food is seriously delicious. Don’t be surprised . . . just come hungry and enjoy! Breakfasts are people pleasers at the ACC. Along with tasty fresh-baked muffins and coffee drinks (served all day), you have a full range of rise and shine choices to get the day going just right. But lunch and dinner are just as popular. The fish tacos and tuna wraps are legend in these parts, and their fresh fish and specialty entrees each night keep the menu fresh. Locals have been known to drive great distances just for the mac ‘n’ cheese! Add to that the seafood baskets, amazing burgers and imaginative Reubens in combinations you’ve never tried before, and you’ll soon be amongst the biggest ACC fans!
