Water temps have finally made it to 60 degrees in south nags head! The northern beaches and piers had good catches of sea mullet yesterday. There were also reports of puppy and black drum, bluefish, spot, grey trout, blowtoads, and dog fish. The little bridge and pirates cove bridge have had big blues in the morning with some trout and stripers in the afternoon.

Hatteras island has had big blues from inlet to inlet with a mixed bag of yearling drum, black drum, mullet, spot, blowtoads, and sharks.

There were also a few small cobia caught from the boats. They should be showing up soon!
