With the cold #ocean and air temperatures, it's not a great day to go #fishing but it is a super day to visit the nearby N. C. Aquarium on Roanoke Island. Pictured is education volunteer "Bboi" gets who gets up close with an otter at the #Aquarium. At the pier, there's a fresh breeze blowing from the NW at 17 knots, which has the surf kicked up. Air temperature 28 degrees, ocean temperature is 44 degrees. Low tide 10:30 a.m. High tide 4:11 p.m.
