Wild Card Sportfishing ChartersTiger Blues & A Rough Inlet Bar

September 22nd inshore fishing before our first solid Fall Northeaster of 2026. We had a make-up group with Mike Solomon, Caleb Porter from Ohio, John Vino lll & John Vino IV from Pa and Jon Gross from NJ with us on this choppy inshore morning. We started out with an immediate “cover up” from the Tiger Blues on top of a rough inlet bar, I mean they were not playing one bit. We fished both sides of the Bar until the bite played out, tried north and south without much action. We came back into the calmer waters of the Sound and it was a bite here and there kind of pick, but it added up to an enjoyable morning for all of us.
