Even tho the words Kitty Hawk are in our name, and we have a message in our on line ordering about it, some customers still order, pay for the food and then cancel later food that has been already prepared, not just wasting the food, but also demanding a refund. This cost our restaurant time and money, and it has been one of our biggest issues since we started our take out service and on line ordering due to Covid-19.
