Good afternoon, and a Big congratulations to Barbra tearing up the bass. She was kind enough to share some pictures with me and she has been slaying them. All in all we have some absolutely fantastic weather this week with the flattest ocean ever. But my guess is that you don't read this report for the weather. I just know anytime something is going to bust loose and I wish it was today. We have had some puppy drum and mullet and some other stuff but it sounds like it's still slow fishing. Then piers had a big mix of fish on them today with trout, Spanish, black drum, cobia, false albacore, bluefish so it will take a couple of days usually when I see the fish down there to get up here. So I still will hold my ground and say the fish will come, just be ready!! The nearshore boats doing well lot's of tasty Spanish mackerel out there with bluefish, false albacore and there has been some bonita that have hit. Still some good drum action and trout on the inside. The cobia fishing despite the pressure are still biting with king mackerel making a showing. Offshore still very strong with yellowfin, some blackfin, bigeye and the mahi came in strong as well. We will keep you up to date and I will try to get this out a touch earlier we just have been swamped in here.
