Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Another hot one today. The waves today are around two feet and will pick up Friday through Sunday with the storm that is well offshore. With any luck maybe it will improve the fishing but you will have to work hard for it. We will see some wind shifts Friday and Saturday so hopefully, we see some drum start to bite. Along the beach, it has been slow to good depending on where you fishing. Spot, croaker, and mullet with a lot of small pompanos around. The piers have had a good mix with black sea bass, spadefish, mullet, pompano, bluefish, and spot. I am seeing some drum activity down south around pea island for those who like to adventure around you just may find some good fishing south of the inlet. Nearshore boats coming in with ribbonfish and some king mackerel while the trout and drum fishing is good on the inside. Offshore action is good with blackfin, yellowfin, mahi, wahoo, tilefish and there are white and blue marlins on the hook too. Water temp around 73 this morning down a few degrees.

Charters are available but do plan ahead they are still booking up each week.
