Corolla to Nags Head Piers

             Raining this morning in Corolla but should stop soon and could get some more later this afternoon but the fishing should pick up from yesterday. We have Mullet and Croaker some Flounder and some King Fish. The waves are 1 foot and the water is back up to 72 degrees. The Pier action starts with Avalon with a Cobia, Pompano, Bluefish and Mullet. Jennete's  with Pompano, Perch, Pinfish, Mullet and Croaker. Nags Head Pompano. OBX with Mullet, Blue's Croaker, and Spot. Little Bridge has a couple of keeper Trout, Flounder, Stripper, Black Drum and Croaker. The Big Bridge at the inlet reports a lot of Flounder. Inshore boats getting Spanish, Bluefish, Croaker, Mullet, Sea Bass. Near shore Boats have Amberjack, King Mackerel, Spanish, Wahoo, Barracuda and some Bluefish. Offshore getting some 40 to 50 lb. Yellowfin with there share of Mahi, Sailfish and a 169 lb. Big Eye.
